“The Jewel has a new coupon system. If you don't use a digital coupon, you don't get the sale price. 😒 There are so many friendlier grocery stores in my area, that I now choose to NOT shop at the Jewel. I have mentioned this to Customer Service and their reply is that management doesn't care. Please remember how they feel about you the next time you go grocery shopping. We'll see how they feel about customers when they lose revenue.”

“We've been to this shopping center a few times and each time it's been nearly empty. There are a lot of little stores and a Jewel Osco here but never tons of cars or traffic, even on the weekends. During the winter the parking lot was plowed and salted. And during the evening it's brightly lit. I couldn't ask for more.”
