  “Poor customer service and oversight price bullshit .The owner is horrible and they do a bad job do not spend your money with this shop ! I visited this salon around 5:00 PM for a simple manicure and pedicure. I made it clear from the start that I prefer a clean, basic look due to my work in healthcare and that my nails are kept short. During the manicure, my nails were initially filed unevenly. Although they were corrected, that should have been my first sign to leave. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I chose to stay and complete the service. By the time my manicure was finished, it was close to closing time (around 7:00 PM). The owner, Lucky, began asking other technicians—speaking in his native language—to stay and complete my pedicure. From their reactions, it was clear that several declined. Eventually, an older technician agreed, but he had to repeatedly instruct her on how to perform even basic steps, including demonstrating how to do a white tip with a glitter line using a fake nail. Once I moved to the pedicure area, it became clear she was rushing. She filed my feet and nails aggressively and unevenly. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff, including the owner, began leaving for the day. Before my service was even completed, I was asked to pay $160 upfront because the owner was leaving. I paid in good faith, expecting professional service to continue. Unfortunately, the quality only worsened. My big toenail was filed down so unevenly that there was barely any nail left. At that point, I stopped the service and requested a refund. It is unacceptable to leave a client with a technician who is not properly trained, rush through services, and require full payment before completion. $160 is not a small amount to pay for such poor service and lack of professionalism. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others who value their time, money, and self-care to consider other options.”

  “I have my own natural nails with acrylic over lay. My nails are long. I went in for Thanksgiving the tech did a fabulous job. I came back for Christmas the owner says we need to cut your nails off start over. I said why? I don't want to cut my natural nail. He says they would be better. It's a week later all my nails are lifting up. My nail on point finger located on right broke. I must add they where really all over with me during my service and pedicure was done however the tech left my feet hard let's just say that. Everything was a joke and I was serious. 115.00 for my nails and toes basic pedicure 30.00 no chip made price 50.00. Im accustom to paying this rate however nails should last at minimum of 2 weeks. They where lifting 2 days later. I went back he said being the (manager) we need to do a new set we can not repair when I paid for my fill in and the issue is the fill is lifting not the back of nail not the sides the BASE which is the fill. I have been obtaining my nail work for 30 years. I started in this location original shop star nail! I came back to see what it was all about and feel like I was robbed.”

  “My manicure did not even last an hour, i am superdisappointed. Plus they quoted me $50 and then kept adding on services that were not needed almost paid double, like my hand massage, that was nonexisting!!! Cannot recommend!!!!”

Ever since the new ownership, it’s gotten so much better experience wise and i always go to my number one guy lucky or Linda, but the other lady who works there and does nails is also amazing. I’m definitely going to be coming here everytime I need my nails/toes/eyebrows done.”

  “I came here on accident thinking I was going to my appointment at the other pro nails on grande. I didn’t realize I was at the wrong one til it was too late and I’m sort of happy it happened! I almost never leave a nail appointment happy because I have major OCD and always feel stressed about SOMETHING. Not this time! Lucky (I think) did my nails and he was great! Gave me honest opinions, explained why he did things the way he did. Many sticker and design options, great colors. I literally love my nails! I got a pedicure also and I didn’t get her name but was very sweet and did a good job as well!”
