“This visit was a first-time experience for me at this location. I was at the Jewel-Osco store. Their customer service was outstanding. Most of us do not care for the vulnerable feelings associated with dealing with the unknown. I entered to ask questions about their service and was greeted with kind words and smiles. I was processing an online order. As luck would have it, when I tried to finish it from the parking lot, I got a temporarily unavailable message. They had a nearly instant remedy for me. Thank you”

“Thanksgiving always seems to bring issues with supply and demand, and this year was no different. Pillsbury ready rolled pie crust is the last item needed but completely out at one store, but Jewel Osco had it. Saved my pumpkin pie 😆 thanks! Next time I will shop there 1st. I am new to the area back after over 20 yrs away. …”

“I went to Jewel/ Osco. I Love shopping there. It's a large store and the food is fresh. It is handicap accessible. It has a covered bus spot close to the building where the busses come every half an hour. There are many other stores like a furniture store, a Dollar tree, a nail salon and a hair salon. A store with sandwiches. There's an ice cream place and a gas station close by and across the highway are many restaurants like Hardee's, Happy Joe's, ect.”
