“I came in for a regular manicure/pedicure. After my pedicure, I bumped my baby toe and the polish came off. My nail tech said she would fix it. She polished it very fast. While cutting my cuticle she caused my thumb to bleed. She bloated it with paper towel then oil using a nail brush. I told her it was ok. I didn't want my blood on her tools. Who did she last use that brush on? I didn't see her sanitize anything. Before she started my nails I paid $55 and I tipped her $12. She started cutting my nails in a square/coffin shape. I told her I want my nails to remain round. She fixed it but by then she'd cut my nails so low they were below the nail bed. SMH I noticed she put 3 coats of nail color on my nails. Two is all that is needed. She placed a small fan on my hands then left. After about 15 minutes, I started checking my nails. The tech in the next station rubbed my nails & said they were dry. I thanked everyone and left. By the time I drove off 2 nails were smudged. An hour later a 3rd nail was smuged. When I got home I saw that the smudged toe she fixed had no color, just a top coat. I found out she was the new girl. This was my first & last time visiting Morgan Park Nails. NEVER AGAIN!!! it's back to the suburbs for me.”
