“First and last time visiting this beauty supply store. The employee at the register had a very rude and nasty attitude from the moment I walked up. To start, she didn’t greet me at all, she was completely silent and just rang up my items. I had a few small things I was planning to buy and also asked about a hooded dryer. Instead of verbally answering, she just nodded with no eye contact or basic customer service. Then she rudely asked, “So are you going to get it or not?” and that completely rubbed me the wrong way. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. I’m glad I trusted my better judgment and told her, “Actually, I don’t want any of it now,” before walking out. I will not be spending my money at businesses that clearly don’t value their customers and only care about the money. Absolutely not. There are other beauty supply stores in the area that respect us!!!! Please go there instead if you want to be treated the right way.”
