“Whoever manages Eagle Plaza needs to be sent to a re-education camp. They let the park grass die behind Fred Myers, and the landscapers aren't doing their job. Planters have weeds, and flower pots are empty. Stones fell off the walls on the garden side of Fred Myers years ago, and they left graffiti on the walls for a week. Trash cans around Eagle Plaza are often overflowing, and walkways need sweeping and should be pressure-washed. This is how it starts... If you don't maintain the grounds, which you don't, the neighborhood goes next.”
