  “I’ve been going to this salon since they’ve opened, I’ve recommended them to sooo many people but I’m highly disappointed. I go in and I have Helen, she’s buffing more of my skin than my actual nails. Your hands should not hurt when getting your nails done, I kept pulling my hands away because she just kept hurting me and I expressed that. I also only got a fill, my nails previously were not broken. They were in good condition. She wrote down $50. That’s how much I usually pay for a full set. $50 for a fill is INSANE. I then expressed my pain to Ella at the front desk. She didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Only $5 off then seemed extremely annoyed when I brought up the price. My skin is beyond raw and it hurts still and this is the next day. Looks like I can’t come back to a nail salon I used to drive an hour to go to. Love that for me.”

  “Love this place! Been going there for past 2 years. They offer a complimentary pop or water. If your person is running behind they call and let you know. Tina is the absolute best! She don’t treat you like a number. She listens to what you want done and does a great job!”

  “I’ve been going to this salon for 6 months, Consistently every two weeks. I enjoy my time with the staff there, each staff does their nails differently as far as cleaning wise which can be irritating, since some of the staff won’t do it unless it’s an extra charge. Since I’ve been going I haven’t received a new set of nails, just another fill. This last time I got my nails done by the owner and 4 days later I had 2 of my nails break off. Every time I call to make an appointment I either get put on hold and forgot about or I will stay on the line and this last time I was on hold for 35 mins to book a fill. I would love to continue going to this salon if they would ever take me off hold..”

  “I’ve been going to Mai Nails since they’ve opened, I’ve always had great service! I have referred many now customers there, have received great customer service, nail services ect. Recently going in I needed my shellac removed they were extremely busy, when I walked in the receptionist rudely greeted me with “were busy what do you need” i said I needed my shellac removed and she insisted they were extremely busy and couldn’t get me in. I wasn’t offered a time to come back or how long I would need to wait there to get it removed- I left. I left upset about the way I was treated being a good/loyal customer. I debated on going back because of this. I chose to go back because I have other than that time received good service. I had an appointment for a shellac manicure and the lady was very nice but never asked me how I wanted the shape ect. The shellac is very thick (suppose to be thin) not the shape I get, very bumpy, uneven and has random bubbles in shellac! I only wanted a shellac color change and it was $27 which I thought was expensive for a color change without the manicure part as I still had the shellac on my nails I didn’t get removed the first time going in. I love the salon and wish the last few times were different as i may not be going back.”
