  “I asked for nail art and Who could pacifically do it in the shop and they sent me to this man he was heavyset and kept acting like he didn’t understand what I was saying when I asked him to redo the design I rephrase it in so many ways that I did not like it and that the work was sloppy and rushed when I’m the only person in the salon and it was 2 PM His work sloppy and I went and got my nails done the next day at a different nail salon. I will never return here and I was charged $70 for this bullshit honestly, I would love a refund, but I know that I’ll never happen. The first Two pictures are from model nails, and Union City and the last picture is from Le nails at Greenbrier mall”

  “Beware!!!! Do not go here!!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this salon. I initially chose this location because of its convenient location and affordable pricing, but unfortunately, the service reflected the low cost. My technician, Cindy, became noticeably unfriendly after I declined to add a manicure to my service. From that point on, she handled my hands very roughly, repeatedly pressing the nail drill into the sides of my fingers, which was painful and uncomfortable and she started yanking my arms. She also started laughing and talking aggressively in another language to co-workers. One of the most concerning moments occurred when she attempted to remove one of my nails using a press-on nail without first asking for my consent. I am accustomed to having my nails professionally soaked off, not forcibly removed in a way that can damage natural nails and cause unnecessary pain. I was required to rest my hands and arms on a hard acrylic nail dryer for the entire appointment. By the time I left, my arms were extremely uncomfortable. I also noticed that other customers in the salon were not being required to sit in this position during their services. I explained that I had been in the previous week and that my nails grow quickly, so I asked if the polish could be applied as close to the cuticle as possible. My request was dismissed without explanation. When is it ever okay to decline a paying customers ask? My nails do not look fresh or professionally done. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional, uncomfortable, and disrespectful. The salon appeared unsanitary, and I left feeling devalued as a customer. There are many nail salons that provide quality service and treat their clients with care and respect. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.”

  “0 STARS!!!! Today, I used Chat GPT to translate what they were saying. I asked for a nail fix and the OWNER acted like I was explaining it wrong. I had a crack on the side and just needed my nail trimmed close to the nail bed as they could so it could grow back evenly. I said if he didn’t understand I could go somewhere else so he said “ I mean, if you think you're that good, then just go-don't act all innocent or whatever. Why even do all that? Ugh, the way they talk is so creepy-why even mess with them?" in Vietnamese. I have black strips on my fingernails due to chemo treatment and they were joking saying it look like something crushed my fingers and they were mocking me while taking my money. I’m not sure why I can’t upload the screenshots on here .Yall should really use these translation apps because these people are playing in our faces.”

  “I have been coming to this salon since they were in Hinesville Ga. The owners and everyone had always treated me and my daughter very kind. The work is very good. I travel all the way from Buford just to come get a pedicure from Ben. Bryan the owner does very good work with nails. I can not brag enough just awesome”

  “I’ve been coming to Model Nails for over 10 years, hoping to see some kind of improvement—but unfortunately, nothing has changed for the better. The salon is outdated, often has an unpleasant smell, and the overall atmosphere is far from welcoming. The customer service is consistently unprofessional, and the staff can be rude, especially when you request anything beyond basic services. The quality of work rarely matches the high prices they charge, and the pricing isn’t even consistent—what you’re charged one day may be totally different the next for the same service. The owner Brian and his wife are particularly unpleasant to deal with, and it’s disappointing to see a lack of appreciation for loyal, long-time customers. And as a warning: do not get your eyebrows done here—you’ll regret it. Just trying to help others avoid the same frustrations.”
