  “In response to the owner: I've been going to another salon down the street from you and I never get gel nail polish. EVER! Actually, the last pedicure (nail polish) I had from them was removed by your technician, Vivian, and that was 3 weeks prior. The polish stayed on the entire time. The reason I came to your location is because my nail tech wasn't available when I went there and I needed a pedicure that day & saw your salon on my way to Publix. Also, I've never paid a service charge when I used my credit card at that location. I appreciate you all correcting my nail for free, that's what you should do for a paying customer. Have a wonderful day! --------------------------- I will not return. I tried them out, first time customer, and I don't feel like my pedicure was as good as I've had before at other places. Vivian was very nice & I liked the salon, hence the 3 stars. However, within 2 days my nail polish was chipping off. If you're paying $40 for a service, you'd want it to last longer than 2 days. I came back and they fixed it, no charge, but that was an inconvenience to me. I also don't like how they charge a service fee for credit card use. Why should the customer bear that expense? Either way, I have no plans of returning.”

  “I visited this nail salon as a last minute choice before my weekend plans and left extremely disappointed. When I arrived, the young lady in the front with the glasses asked me about services I specifically told her I would like French tip and wanted someone who could do it neatly. She proceeded to send me to Thao for my full set and Mary for my toes. Mary did a great job however, i cannot say the same for Thao. I repeatedly had to redirect her and anybody who gets French tips knows it comes with clean up so I tried to be patient but the end result was just nefarious. She barely filed the nails, they were uneven after she applied the acrylic and even after filing they are still not even. I asked her why the polish isn’t going fully down the side of the nail she claimed it would look better after filing the sides down and it helped nothing. The paint job is extremely sloppy and the white is mixed in with the pink. I had no time to keep giving the person with the expertise directions nor get them re-done that day or weekend so I walked away very dissatisfied and just will simply never return. They have a sign on the front advertising they are under new management but i cannot tell. They need to be transparent and intentional in the services their employees can provide instead of just putting clients off on the next person. It was a language barrier and I am a non-confrontational person so I just paid my $125 and left but I hope this doesn’t happen to the next person. Please do better.”

  “Every time I come Ms. Jessica treats me so well. She works with me on the designs I want, if i show her a picture she’ll make it happen! She’s so sweet and all the staff is as well. It’s very clean inside and such a calm relaxing environment. They never make you feel like they’re rushing even if it is busy. These are my nails from the last two visits and I love them so much!
