  “I booked online, through your website, with Phoebe, but when I got there, she had another client at the same time. So John was able to accommodate me, which was totally fine! It was my first visit, so I was pretty open. John works so quickly! I was initially impressed, but when I was driving home, I realized that my right index nail is extremely crooked, which I couldn’t see, with my hands were tilted, while he was working. But he had to have noticed. And there are four other nails that angle upwards off my finger tip, which will cause them to lift, because they are already catching everything, even when I wash and dry my hands. He did not trim/clean up my cuticles at all. Also, when booking online, it said a full acrylic set with gel is $40, and adding cat eye polish is $5. At the counter, John charged $65. I paid $80 cash, which would have been worth it, if half my nails weren’t problematic. I waited a year to get my nails done and was so excited. I was just really disappointed, within 15 minutes of leaving the salon. I didn’t go back for correction, because everyone else in the shop was busy, and I wouldn’t have been comfortable having John rush through the repairs. He didn’t want to chat during the appointment, which is totally fine! Some people are quiet, and I understand that. But it doesn’t make the client feel comfortable expressing issues. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. And I’m already in the process of soaking this set off, less than 5 hours post-appointment. Pros—excellent selection of cat eye polishes!!! A lot of the other staff seemed friendly. Cons—online booking didn’t work out for requested person; 4 nails have major issues that would likely cause injury, if worn for 2-3 weeks; and another just looks embarrassing, because of the extreme angle; pricing in salon was 45% higher than listed online, even though nothing was added/changed.”

  “Quick service and even had the kindness to add undertone to my French manicure which I love rather than just doing clear with a white strip. Good pricing, $45 for a gel manicure with acrylic tips. I love that they have the digital check in and you can even earn points for regulars.”
