“This used to be the only salon I would go to, until now. First of all, I had to sit and wait while a lady that arrived after me, and later in her pedi appt decided she wanted her nails done, was tended to first. Strike 1. Second, I glanced at my toes and thought they were ok because they used to do a phenomenal job. Later noticed the gel paint was ON MY CUTICLES like a three year old did it. They were closed the next two days, so before I headed to the airport that Tuesday, I had to go to the salon. I walked in at opening and was asked to wait. Then when I very nicely explained why I was there, was told to sit down. I spoke to the woman doing my toes twice and she didn’t respond at all. (& she does speak English) She redid my gel polish on every toe. But acted like it was a huge inconvenience even though they had no problem taking $150 from me two days earlier (nails & toes) With the combo of bad service the first visit and terrible hospitality the second, I will NEVER go back. See before photos below. She did fix it, but it was a less than pleasant experience all around.”

“Been here before once did my nails with Mae I believe and it was great and decide to come back but didn’t have a pleasant experience this time. My nails were done by the husband I believe, he was in a rush to do nails felt like he hated doing his job. My nails don’t look filed even gel polish already looks like it’s lifting and it barely has been a day. My pedicure was pleasant. Kinda upset my nails were grown out so I could just have them shaped beautifully but was done with no care.”

“Great salon! I've been coming here for a few years and Kevin, May, and staff have always been fantastic. They do my diabetic dad's nails and take great care to be gentle and know his special needs for his feet. I appreciate all the knowledge and care they take with my family. They just did a remodel and the salon looks great! My go-to for nails in Fort Oglethorpe.”
