  “I live out of state and anytime I'm coming or going through GA, I'm stopping. The pedicure is the best I've had hands down. They take their time and really allow u to relax and enjoy the experience. My feet are baby soft when I tip on outta there.”

  “I went in today to get a manicure and pedicure, I must say I came out like someone didn’t want to work today because both pedicure/manicure was a big disappointment. I don’t blame the girl that did the job I blame the owner of the salon because while I was getting my pedicure one of the girls that was helping the ones that were providing the service came over to her and asked for $80 for the nail color chart, so after watching the girl doing my services I figured it out these girls must be independent contractors where they must need to have their own equipment because no soon as the girl used someone else nail chart the girl came over and asked for money and the girl asked her for a large file to do my feet and she just ignored her, the girl use the little flimsy file you usually use for your nails try to file my feet. It was a disaster to see and usually I would be very verbal but I didn’t because I could tell the girl doing my feet felt some kind of way and I saw her carrier didn’t have all the tools she should have had i let it go because my daughter didn’t want me to say anything about the service I was getting. Tiffany (the owner) should do better by making her staff they have everything they need when working with clients, you charge to much for the service I received”

  “My first time visiting and DEFINITELY my last. I came to get my granddaughters nails polished I wasn’t receiving a service. I was told that she was too young but didn’t see anything posted about an age restriction. I have NEVER had anything like this happen before. They should be ashamed.”

  “There is a nail salon on every corner, sometimes 2 but none like this one. I travel the world and have never been to a nail salon this organized, this accommodating, this size with many services and well trained staff. They use the best products and they have every color under the color wheel. I love it. Its worth the 35 minute drive and the cash value they charge. The owners are wonderful people and im a lifelong customer. Sometimes I need service quick so I go locally and every time im dissatisfied. I guess because I am used to excellence and its hard to except less. I dont want my skin drilled and don't rush me so you can move on. At this nailshop that isnt the case. Expect a 2 hour pampering session that you will enjoy and return for. Definitely go on a day off. This is not your quick fix salon. They do it right. Trust me. As a nail tech license holder i know Good service when it comes to nails. Customer since 2002!”

  “I’m here and more than a bit annoyed. I came in at 4:45 on a Sunday and was sat with my toes soaking for about 30 minutes before anyone came to actually see me. I paid for the deluxe combo gel and was looking forward to the massage and the towel wrap. I was moved from my pedicure location, to sit at a table for my manicure; which was fine but the job wasn’t complete before I was moved. I asked for a small design on one finger as I got to the manicure process and was told that the person who does them needs to know in advance. I would be fine knowing any of these things, if you didn’t have to pay upfront before services are rendered. I don’t feel like I got a true experience for my first time here and felt more rushed when they realized I was sitting in the back like they forgot about me. My nails look great! But the whole process itself was a time suck. I was there for 3 hours.”

  “I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and concern regarding my experience at your nail salon on April 29, 2026. As a loyal patron since 2023, I have consistently chosen your establishment for my nail care needs, which makes the severity of this recent visit all the more distressing. Upon my arrival at 5:45 PM, I was informed there was only one client ahead of me. However, I was not serviced until 7:05 PM, resulting in an unacceptably long and unexplained wait of over an hour and twenty minutes. The issues escalated significantly during the service itself. For my acrylic removal on my finger nails, I explicitly requested, on no less than five separate occasions (twice before the service commenced and three times during), that the acrylic be soaked off. Each time, the technician, Nicky, affirmed he would comply. To my dismay and discomfort, he proceeded to use a drill to remove the acrylic, entirely disregarding my repeated requests and causing significant discomfort. He then recommended gel as an alternative to acrylic; however, upon application, the burning sensation on my thumb nail was so intense that I immediately declined any further gel application. When I voiced my pain, Nicky attributed the difficulty to a previous technician, 'Tan,' claiming incorrect application and suggesting that 'everyone' was now opting for gel, thus necessitating the drilling. I clearly articulated that my priority was my immediate comfort and the adherence to my expressed wishes, not general trends or past work. Adding to the unsatisfactory experience, I was compelled to pay for the service in cash *prior* to its completion, a policy that felt particularly inappropriate given the ongoing issues and pain I was experiencing. The distressing pattern continued with the pedicure. I politely asked the technician responsible for my toe nails to soak off the gel polish. Despite this, she allowed only a superficial one-minute soak before proceeding to aggressively file the gel polish. During this process, she began filing my skin, causing pain. I immediately and politely requested that she cease this action. Although she paused for approximately two minutes, she then resumed filing my skin. To my shock and increased discomfort, she subsequently sprayed alcohol directly onto the irritated skin, causing a severe burning sensation. The situation worsened considerably when, while buffing my toe nails, she inadvertently broke the skin, resulting in bleeding. Even as I urgently asked her to stop due to the visible injury and pain, she inexplicably sprayed alcohol on the open wound not once, but *twice*, exacerbating the agony. The cumulative effect of this entire experience, the excessive wait time, the disregard for my explicit requests, the intense physical pain, the injuries sustained, and the apparent lack of concern from your staff – has led me to the firm decision that April 29, 2026, marks my final visit to your establishment after years of loyalty. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these significant shortcomings to prevent other clients from enduring such a traumatic visit.”

  “I visited on Friday 3.27.26. Everyone was nice BUT I walked in they only had 2 nail techs and a pedicure person. I got a mani/ Pedi. The manicure consist of soaking nails in water, clipping cuticles and polish. Gel polish is an additional $15. Pedicure they was about the same and they didn't really scrub my feel. Years ago, I used to love this place, not sure what happened but it has truly gone down. And the salon was hot, no AC on.”

  “If you have trouble feet. Thick toe nails, discoloration. Ask for Margo. She is a miracle worker. And makes you feel very comfortable. She will take her time and very professional. Tip her well she deserves it. ❤️ But she doesn’t work weekends.”

  “I came here because it was before Christmas and my nail tech was busy. When I came in I was greeted and quickly sat down for my service. Showed her what I wanted she was like yes cat eyes did not receive that and my nails started to chip a day later.”
