  “Very disappointed with my experience. Your store closes at 8:00 PM and I arrived at approximately 7:50 PM, before closing time, but I was not allowed to enter. I wasn’t coming in to shop around for an extended period, I knew exactly what I needed and only needed a quick purchase. Instead of allowing me to grab one item, I was told to go across the street to another store for the same product. If your business closes at 8:00 PM, customers should be able to enter before that time. I understand employees have closing procedures, but turning away customers before closing is frustrating and poor customer service.”

  “I purchased a wig by accident which I discovered when I got outside. I immediately walked back in to return it knowing they only allow exchanges. LSS they refused to even let me exchange it eventho the time on the receipt was 7 min ago. And the essentials -combs, brushes,- are overpriced (like we don't know that the tears have ended) and cheap quality.”

  “They have hair in a section that you're not able to access. They want you to feel the hair on the mannequins to figure out what brand of hair you want which is ridiculous. I asked the lady even if you're back here with me. I still can't go back there to see?, she said no. I will not be spending my money here. If I cannot even touch the hair that I want to purchase or even look and browse that is ridiculous.”

  “I will be contacting The Owner Cooperate and whomever else . I walks in the store and pick up some mousse . I'm from another state first time patronizing with this store. I needed something to use for one day . I ask the lady behind the counter was that the smallest size mousse they had she was Chinese she wasn't sure she asked another young lady the young lady she asked ignored her the first two times she walked over a second time . She was at the register talking to another young lady but obviously customer service is not important. I asked where was wax stick the manager said to the Chinese lady top shelf 6th row but was looking at the Chinese lady so I didnt think she was talking to me because I had ask the chinese lady and she answered the Chinese so I wasn't sure if the Chinese lady asked her a question . So I asked again the manager who is a black heavy set girl said again looking at the Chinese lady put this time it was directly after I asked the question. I asked her was she talking to me. She said yeah I said I didnt know because she was looking at the lady and she walked to the girl she was talking to before and laughed I asked her what was funny . She said we don't want your money you can leave . I had been disregard and disrespected since I walked in and a work/ manger can speak for a emgkre telling patronage they don't want they money . I said I'm not going anywhere I'm not from here and I just drove here with my baby . She called security over he said I had to leave he said it was a misunderstanding regardless I have to leave because she was disrespectful and unprofessional if u gone laugh at a cusykmer at least not do it in there face . If u can get your products someelse please do.”
