  “I signed in and informed the receptionist of what I wanted today. ( pedicure and my nails done) I was waiting in the lobby after getting my pedicure to get my nails done. After sitting there for about 20-30mins I asked why I wasn’t serviced yet and she stated that she didn’t know that I wanted them done. ( 3 people walked in and got serviced right away while I was sitting there waiting.) She brushed me off when I stated that didn’t make sense because the women before me that were getting double services were serviced right away. After finally finishing she told me there was no manager. I normally have no problem coming here at all but today turned me off. She could have at least apologized. But it was more so rude and dismissive.”

  “Kinda annoyed with this whole situation. It’s been only a week since i’ve had a mani/pedi here and honestly feels like a waste of money. Normally I do my own gel nails and they last weeks but I was trying to treat myself as i’m going to be going into labor soon. Asked for a signature manicure with gel polish (which i have gotten at this salon before the first time i came) should have been $25. Nail tech charged me for Gel Manicure which is $40. Prep work was not good at all. The following day my nails began to chip. By wednesday I started feeling pain in my thumb nail, could see a black speck underneath the polish and now i believe i have a greenie? Not sure but it is an infection of some sort as it hurts. I spent $105 (didn’t tip because of the manicure mixup. honestly had saved money for a relaxing pre birth experience and didn’t have the money for tip on top of $105 that i didn’t plan on spending. Planned on $80 max) Wish i would have just done my own nails at this point. Feels like a major waste of money”
