  “Extremely disappointed. I came in to get my nails done before a big trip, the girl did such an awful job on my nails and cut me multiple times, at one point my finger was bleeding and she continued to swipe the file through it and didn’t trash the file. I worry about if she used that on someone else and the cross contamination 🤢 she chopped my thumb nail so drastically and dint file or blend it. She left product and polish all over my skin, and she didn’t clean up or touch my cuticles. She also cute my toe, at my pedicure so bad that I had a scab for weeks after. It was also VERY expensive especially for what I was provided with. I messaged them on instagram and never heard anything back. I’ve used blossom many times, but after this visit. Unfortunately I will never be back.”

  “While the shop was clean and the staff were friendly, the technician doing my daughter’s nails did not follow our directions. My daughter and niece wanted the same nails just a different color and provided a reference photo, the lady doing my daughter’s nails created a completely different design. One flower on the hand is bigger then the other. For $97, we should have gotten what we asked for.”
