  “I came in there and stated that I wanted a manicure and pedicure without the water in which they told me okay. As I was getting my nails done I noticed everyone packing up. The girl doing my nails kept nicking me and she did cut my finger with the nail machine. I was already annoyed because she was taking too long on my nails and I wanted to get my feet done also and she just did my nails. All of this happened on Saturday and it’s Tuesday today. My nails are already chipped and has air bubbles. I do not recommend this place. It’s been 3 DAYS🙄.”

  “I only came to Chi about a month ago after my longtime nail technician moved away. He had been doing my structured gel/builder gel nails for a couple of years, and I was happy to see that Chi offered the same service. While the salon is not as upscale as my previous one, it was convenient. On my first visit, an older woman did my pedicure. She never smiled or engaged with me, and my gel polish chipped within a week, which had never happened before. “Taylor” did my builder gel fill and did a wonderful job, which was the only reason I decided to return. Unfortunately, Taylor was unavailable during my visit yesterday. “Kevin” did my pedicure and provided a much better experience, but the same woman from my first visit was there again and remained unfriendly. My builder gel fill was done by “Jimmy”, and in more than 25 years of getting my nails done, it was by far the worst experience I have had. His workstation was not clean, and he never placed a towel down, leaving my bare arms and hands in direct contact with the work surface. He was extremely rough, repeatedly yanking my hands around throughout the service. He also spent much of the appointment complaining that most nail technicians do not perform builder gel services. The quality of the work was very poor and sloppy (see photos). I was in a hurry and did not have time to ask for corrections, but I was so very disappointed with his work. My nails look horrible. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and will be looking for another salon going forward.”

  “I love this place! Friendly staff, clean and most importantly they do good quality work. Ive tried many different places and they by far are one of the best places I’ve gone to for my nails. I love the many different options they have for a pedi. And I can go months without needing a fill (even though I don’t like to lol because I love the experience). When you’re there, they play the most soothing music in the background and it’s just divine. Would highly recommend if you want good quality work with a true spa feel.”
