  “The barbershop overall is good. This 1 star review was earned by a specific Barber named Andrew who on several occasions in an attempt to create a clean hair line on my children, cut big long lines, several inches in to both my kids skin leaving scars. Also on more than one occasion shaped and cut my kids hair completely off the top. They went from being able to wear braids, to not being able to form a pony tail. We spoke to him about these errors, and against my better judgment we gave him another chance. Then just last week he cut lines so deep into my sons temples that he'll have scars probably forever. I can't imagine how many other people have been victimized by his lack of expertise. We were told we could meet up with him and the manager to rectify the situation. When we showed up just minutes later, he conveniently wasn't there, but the manager was. We received our money back and will Never return again. It's unfortunate as we were customers for years. If you want your hairline and face in tack, do not go to Andrew. (My reply to to owners recent response here on google: Sir thank you for your apology. However, what you stated isnt what happened. We were told to come up and talk to Andrew. When we arrived 15 minutes later Andrew was gone. The owner who I presume is you took on the responsibility on his behalf and You gave us a refund. He never apologized and never returned money to us. Which is very cowardly. I believe thar blaming it on the sharp razors or clippers is a stretch. I believe it is all based on skill. He butchered my kids skin multiple times. My oldest still has the scars. We saw other barbers there, Korney and Kelvin who NEVER cut them once. And he cut the length of the hair down multiple times after being told not too. I would suggest you have him trained better or he will ruin the reputation of your establishment.
