  “Went by today lady Aimee has horrible attitude. I felt the negative energy time I walked in. But I gave this business the benefit of doubt. Appears that everyone there is upset with an attitude. Aimee, who assisted me literally grabbed my hand with force she cut my skin when she was filing the nail. I initially told her I had another appointment. I had to be out by a certain time she agreed it was 10 minutes away for my next appointment and she tells me oh you never told me that you had to leave by a certain time. When clearly, if she would’ve told me from beginning, she would not be able to assist me within that timeframe. I would’ve clearly left for later time. With an attitude she goes to speak her language to the other ladies and I told her I had to go because it was 10 minutes away from the initial time I told her I had to leave. So she goes then rushes to finish my nail and I left without my nails even being painted but mind you I paid the full price. If I’m paying and patronizing a business, I expect to be treated with respect and not to feel a bunch of negative energy when I walk in the door, but I feel if you are servicing or providing a business you should do it with minus the attitudes. I feel this nail salon has to be the worst nail salon. I’ve been to in my life. I used to come to this nail salon years ago, but It was great customer service. I don’t know what has happened to this nail salon, but if everyone is coming to work with an attitude, it’s best to hire staff who could at lease pretend to show empathy that would treat the clients with respect and to show the clients that they appreciate you patronizing business. The fact that I have to come here to write about my horrible experience is insane. I do not want anyone to experience this type of service there’s a lot of nail salons in the area. I feel you should go elsewhere when you can feel some positive energy coming in the door and nail techs willing to provide empathy. I’ve Never experience this before from any business I’ve been to. Please go else where when you work hard for your earnings this isn’t the service anyone deserve. If your patronizing any business you deserve to be treated with respect & dignity. You would think this facility would appreciate customers especially based on previous reviews. I paid full service $70 without a nail polish id rather not return and go else where. Bad service continuously being provided shows this salon have no regards when it comes to customer service. Wish I would've read previous reviews. Stay away from this place.”
