Customer Review Summary
Selection dominates what reviewers describe, with several pointing to a wide range of Caribbean brands and well-stocked shelves, and one longtime customer noting the owner special-orders items like magic fiber and gray magic for her. Close behind, individual service experiences stand out, including help picking out an electric shaver and a sales associate who helped a customer try on lipstick shades and pick out foundation without rushing her. Reviewers are sharply split on treatment, though: several describe poor customer service, including a dispute over an Okay Vitamin E oil the owner refused to exchange or refund even when shown a receipt, and a customer whose 24 inch body wave lace front wig fell apart after washing and conditioning and was told it was her fault. Multiple reviewers also describe feeling disrespected while shopping, including a woman of color who said the owner argued with her and raised his voice before telling her to leave, and a separate out of state college student who reports being followed by a staff member while browsing with a friend.

“1/8/26 I would give this store a negative 1. I went to K & S Beauty supply the owner has no customer service, no respect for black women, and people should make sure not to support his business. I'll never step foot in this place again. I bought an Okay Vitamin E oil, $10, which when opened was thick, sticky, and not of an oil consistency. It literally was too sticky and tacky to put on my face. I was trying to show the owner my receipt from the previous week which was on my phone and he brought out his store receipt policy that he "does not do exchanges nor refunds". He told me he "knew I bought it from him and did not doubt this" but he would not exchange it because "it was opened and sticky". I informed him that I had not used it because it was poor quality more than likely old stock. He was argumentative and would not listen. Instead of arguing (I never raised my voice), he raised his voice, told me he was closing, to leave his store, and close the door. I left him his Okay Vitamin E oil and left. I've never been treated with such disrespect as a woman of color, whom he makes profit from. He gave me no room to talk, talked over me, and told me to leave andclose his door. Think before you decide to purchase here. Take your business to someone that looks like you, appreciates you, and is willing to sell good quality products and one who won't be disrespectful towards you a WOMAN! And one that honors his products and the people who bring him profit. I'll stick to my black owned businesses and one with exchange / refund policies. You should too!'”
