  “I use to go to this place for years but dealing with one nail tech then after take left the service was just never the same. The owner/ manager is too cocky and rude. He swears he is the best one there but cannot do nails good at all. My daughter’s dad took her there (not my choice) and of course it had to be him to take her. After he did a horrible job he told her she was too young to get her nails done, if he felt that way about a 12 year old middle schooler then he should’ve never sat her in his chair to begin with. She showed him an inspo picture which he attempted to do and failed. The design its self really wasn’t the bad part, it was the basic foundation of the nail, just sloppy and all over the place.She left in tears and in fear of him and was too scared to tell him she didnt like them. However runny a business he should have know that he did not do a good and let someone better fix them. I took her the next day to another place thinking we could get just a quick polish change. I had to repay for another whole full set the acrylic was thick on some fingers and thin on others. Oh and she got a pedicure. The polish was messed up on those too. It look like it was wiped too early before the gel dried and I had to get those repainted too. So basically $100 plus wasted and down the drain. They do not care about customer satisfaction they only care about making money off of people.I do not recommend at all!!!”

  “I had my nails done at Magic Nail and Spa in Lake Wales last week, and I had such a wonderful experience. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who did my nails, but he did an amazing job. He was friendly, professional, patient, and paid great attention to detail. My nails turned out beautiful, and I was very pleased with the quality of his work. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service, and I'll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Magic Nail and Spa to anyone looking for great nail care. God bless you all, and thank you for the kindness and excellent service you provide!”

  “Dad and I were very lucky late on a Friday afternoon to walk in and be seated immediately for pedicures. The technicians spent time and energy to make our experience wonderful. The salon was very clean and the prices were competitive. I am definitely going to come back!!!!”

  “Owner/ Manager is quirky, but is polite. But you never know how much he is going to charge for same service each time I go with a friend. I usually just get Gel manicure sometimes I add pedicure as well.The girls do a good job. 😃”

  “Came in for a pedicure and brought my daughter, Isabella, to get her nails painted. My pedicure was wonderful and my feet looked beautiful. Isabella wasn’t happy with her nail color, and even though they were completely finished, the staff kindly redid her nails without charging anything extra. That level of customer care really stood out. The salon is very clean, the staff is professional and friendly, and they offer a wide selection of colors. They also offer tanning, which is a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience — highly recommend. Five stars all the way!”
