“Great location and wide range of selection and supplies for all beauty needs. The girls who work here were really great to me! I had purchased a floor model wig. She brushed it out very nicely for me and packaged it up nice and properly. She really didn't have to do all that but she did go the extra steps and for that I was very grateful! It is nice to find people who are prideful of their jobs and take a few extra moments to ensure we have a great buying experience. I've been to some beauty places that do not give that kind of grateful service. Top notch! 5 Stars.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this store and won’t be returning. I purchased 20-inch Remy hair extensions (around $120) and specifically asked the associate at the counter if the hair was dyeable. I made it very clear that I needed to slightly darken the color to match my auburn/red tone since the store doesn’t carry longer lengths in the shade I need. I even double-checked and asked, “Are you sure these can be dyed?” and was reassured multiple times that they could. After purchasing, I dyed the extensions and had them professionally installed as a sew-in (another $200). Unfortunately, the hair completely deteriorated after coloring. It became dry, tangled, and frizzy to the point that it looks and feels like synthetic hair. No amount of oil or smoothing helps—once I step outside, it turns into a frizzy mess. This isn’t just frustrating—it’s expensive. Because of the misinformation, I now have to: * Remove the sew-in * Pay for a new install ($200) * Replace the hair entirely (another ~$150 for quality virgin hair) This situation could have been completely avoided if I had been given accurate information at the time of purchase. This is actually the second time I’ve received misleading guidance from this store, and at this point, I’ve lost trust in their products and staff knowledge. I will not be purchasing from here again.”
