  “I’ve been going to this nail salon for 6+ years so I’m extremely conflicted in leaving this review - but my experience today was just so disappointing on so many levels that I wanted to share. I called to book a manicure pedicure - no one asked what type of manicure or pedicure, just confirmed time. When I came in I was late and apologized as I thought my apt was an hour later than it was and Flo was lovely and got me all set up. Tony was my technician and when I sat down I told him what I’d like which I realize was a little unorthodox, but was a method someone at this salon had used before even though she’s not there anymore. It’s a base of dip nail, then cat eye polish with a finish of gel polish to seal it. The previous two times I’ve gotten this it lasted over 6 weeks! Tony seemed put off by this and that I brought my own cat eye polish (Moon Cat brand) and immediately started filing my nails. He then went into dipping them and I said “wait what about the cuticles?” To which he replied that it would be an additional $15. This confused me because I’d booked a manicure so why is cuticles an additional $15? At this point I went to Flo and the manager at the front and they were lovely and said it was just a misunderstanding and that they would fix it. So we proceeded with the pedicure and the manicure after the gel top. Then it comes time to pay and I was charged for a dip manicure, pedicure, $15 manicure up charge and a cat eye finish for another $15 (even though I brought the polish). I have literally never not tipped for a service in my life - last month I got a facial so good I gave 100% tip - but for this transaction, as far as I’m concerned, the manicure up charge and cat eye up charge is the tip. I’d love to say I’ll give in-style another chance but all of this on top of the fact that Tony was watching a soccer match on the phone in his lap the entire time just has me completely turned off. Pics of the manicure with an up charge that left polish all over my skin and cuticles still on several nails.”

  “Flo is so hospitable and Chico was amazing. Had a great experience when we were coming through town, they were flexible with my schedule and very friendly and accommodating. Wish I lived closer! Definitely coming back when I’m in Orlando!”

She is wonderful, patient and amazing at her profession! I will be coming more often ! She’s truly the best and safe to say I love the service she provided as she listened to all my concerns!”

  “I got my nails and feet done here while on family vacation a month ago. I didn’t get any pictures when they were fresh, but a month later I haven’t lost any nails and they aren’t lifting at all! The customer service was great and they worked quickly while still providing quality service!”

  “This was my second visit here but first time getting my nails done. The first time was a pedicure. Ambiance and service are both important to me and this place has it all. Very tranquil environment. Stefani did an amazing job on my nails. Her attention to detail is incredible. I’ll be back for sure.”
