  “Cheap and descent service. I wasn't welcomed in. The air ventilation system was very poor. I asked the lady why she wasnt using sanitized fresh tools and she said they always were. As she pulled them out of a nasty box in a cart. See picture.”

  “This isn’t my usual nail salon but i came here on a whim as per recommended by a friend after she told me she got the best pedicure of her life here. My pedicure was a 7/10 but my manicure is terrible. The nail tech removed my acrylics with the tip of a fake nail and ruined my nail beds, as well as hurt me several times. She put two coats of white on and they’re blotchy in certain areas because of it. They look lumpy from the side. I did not get my cuticles cut at all as i was expecting considering i asked for a gel manicure. Overall, I’m not impressed and wouldn’t recommend. My friend apologized as she said the girls working that day weren’t the usual ladies and also pointed out how she felt the tech doing my service had an attitude with me. I still tipped because I work in servicing as well, but my overall cost was $80. However, the lady who I’m assuming was the manager was very nice.”
