  “Messed up my eyebrows too rough when she threads and doesn’t believe her eyebrow threading is not good. Her name was SHEYLA apparently they already know she does bad eyebrows and keep her employed I will NOT be coming back and highly do NOT recommend UPDATE: SINCE THE OWNER WANTS TO BE RUDE & NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED SCREENSHOTS OF HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS I want my money back. It is so embarrassing to have to go almost an entire month, trying to regrow my eyebrows because they have someone there who should not be working on peoples faces when there are multiple comments and multiple complaints about the way that she does her eyebrows, not only was she super aggressive when she was doing my eyebrows, she made me bleed, and then refused to fix the mistake that she made. So if anyone could go ahead and convince him to give me my money back because this is Poor customer service for eyebrows genuinely it is a waste of time and money here you might as well go somewhere else”

  “The first time I came here on a Sunday and left feeling like a super model! Today, on a Wednesday I cried for hours and hours resulting in a headache. Extremely thin and uneven.   “I drive over an hour from Marion County to visit this particular place! Sreela does amazing threading! All the ladies here are amazing! They have always taught me how to properly care for my eyebrows. They also showed me where other places were hacking my eyebrows up. Worth the drive to get the job done right! Thank you”

  “I first discovered this location when I lived down the street three years ago. Every single time I go, it’s a quick progress and my eyebrows always look great. I’ve moved an hour away and still go there, not as often but when I’m in town I always make a stop there because everyone is friendly and I can trust that I’ll be leaving the place feeling beautiful.   “First time getting threaded professionally. I was able to walk in and get threaded relatively quickly (1 person was checking out, and 1 person was in front of me). Staff is very professional and completely changed my eyebrows! Here is a before-and-after. I will definitely be coming back again! 13 for eyebrows. 7 for lips/face.”
