“I’ve tried with this shop. I dropped my son off and paid before I left. My son called me to say he was ready about 30 mins later, I pick him up all his hair gone. The dude I paid who was supposed to cut his hair told someone else to do it when I left. I am pissed! My son is very quiet and shy and said he didn’t know why he let someone else cut it. My son went from hair to a regular without my consent. Never again!”
