“A girl (i would call her a woman but how she acted) today around 1pm acts like she hates her job every single customer she never said hi welcome in or have a nice day I only here one nice thing and it was Please shut the door. I didn't find my self welcomed here at all. I think pueblo west people have more smiles and respect for customer service than here. I'm not coming back. When I came up to the register saying hi (no hi back im like ok) just asks do I want a bag so I gave her the kindness she wanted staying silent. When I payed instead of giving my receipt she slams it into my stuff with no have a nice day thank you... so this is what family tree is hiring.. wow I told her you could of handed it to me and she looks past me no eye contact. As I grabbed my stuff I wedge the door open and I heard her say shut the door please I again I treated her like the kindness she wanted. Leaving the door left open. Treat others how you wanna be treated.. i have a iron back bone and I dont take crap from no one I give it back.”

“Visited $Tree. Not merchandise efficiently. Parking lot needs upgrading (pot holes). It had rained and had to step out into and go around puddles. Am disabled Not good!”
