  “I’m sure some people that work here are really good but I’m visiting from San Diego and didn’t know anybody. I found the place to be highly toxic and three different people touched my feet.. All of my nails are crooked not properly filed looks like someone trim them and never shaped them. I’m a cosmetologist and have done nails before as well as hair for over 40 years. I pride myself on customer service as I have managed many different salons and just feel like this place is all about shoving people in and out and making as much money as possible and leaving the passion in the break room because it definitely wasn’t used on the floor. The girl next to me who had her nails done, were a nice shape and had a lot of bling with gems and what not but the nails were so thick I could not believe it. Acrylic nails should not look like that they should try to look as natural as possible, definitely not like somebody took a break and laid it on The nail…. I picked sparkling red # 173 I think and I told them to put a very dark color underneath the red so it would look dark/ deep, but she didn’t listen or didn’t understand what I was saying so just ignored request . So basically my toes look like Christmas time, but I don’t care so much about the color as I do about the quality of the work. one of my nails bled after the first girl trimmed it with toenail clippers so close to my quick that I had to pull foot back. Anyway, I won’t go there again. I felt like my lungs were being burnt by the chemical that was so strong in the salon. It was ridiculous so ventilation is an issue there and definitely don’t have much pride in their work.. when checking out they notified that it’s cash only I may have missed the sign as I was walking in, but I didn’t see one as I was walking out thank God I had cash on me. If not, I’m not sure how that would’ve been handled.”

  “Worst place to get my nails done! Worker ripped my glued nails off my fingers because I said one was crooked. The owners didn’t care they let her speak disrespectfully because I was talking to owner and she began to yell at me in the salon in front of everyone. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!”

  “I visited this salon on May 9th and had a very disappointing experience. The shop is overcrowded and feels like a 'sweatshop'—they prioritize speed over safety and professional care. When I asked about their sterilization protocols for the tools, my concerns were dismissed. The technician was extremely unfriendly, abrupt, and manhandled my feet during the pedicure, causing actual discomfort. The management at the front was just as cold, directing customers like cattle. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place if you value professional care and a relaxing experience.”

  “I had an amazing pedicure experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The space was clean, organized, and had such a calming vibe. My nail tech Mai was so gentle, detail-oriented, and made sure everything looked perfect. My pedicure came out flawless and lasted so well. You can really tell they care about their work and their clients. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be coming back! Especially to ask for her!”

  “Don’t go to #28 for nails. The guy is new and did a horrible job at my nails. Always so rushed. And the nails looks so uneven. I had to tell him to fill them and then I requested someone different to do the french tip. Horrible horrible. …”

  “Love this place. Im a picky (particular) kind of client. i've tried MANY salons, this one by far the best consistently. MY FAVORITE pedicurist is bebe( hopefully thats how she spells it) she does the best massages , cleans up your cuticles so well, as well as perfect french tip. my favorite nail tech for hand acrylic is Vivian,(bebe daughter) she is fast, hand paints extraordinary well, she is a perfectionist and it shows in her work. She also does great toe acrylics. These two women are truly a dynamic dual and prize gems. Thank you nails by david lee!!”
