  “So irritated, I got my nails done here 2 weeks ago. The day after, my hair was literally getting stuck under my nails when showering or combing thru my hair. So lifting was already there. Then I noticed GREEN on one of my nails a couple days later and when I took them off because they just looked horrible, I noticed there was GREEN on a lot of the nails. Never coming back here. And I also got acrylics on my toes and I'm nervous to see what is underneath there when I take them off.”

  “Do not get your toes done with Nancy. My experience with her was very disappointing. She started by burning my feet with water that was way too hot. On top of that, she rushed through the service and ended up cutting me. When she finished, my toes looked terrible.They left me looking like freakin Shrek. I’ve been coming here for years and usually everyone does a great job, but this time was not okay. Nancy seemed more focused on rushing through the appointment than doing the job properly. I left unhappy with the service and with an injury, which should never happen during a pedicure.”

  “I don't think I need to explain what the problem is in the picture... all my nails are not filled correctly they are deformed some are thicker than others. The lines of the nail polish aren't even straight at all as you can see in the picture. They have paint missing on them as well this is not worth 65 dollars at all... I don't understand how you can let the customer leave like that. I'm way to nice to tell someone they aren't doing a good job but come on now why? My nails are an absolute mess I'm so sad and disappointed. The lady's who do eyebrows are very good which is why I'm sad about this rating.... but I hope I can fix them and at least be satisfied. A man did my nails FYI.....”

  “Is there not a decent place to get your nails done in LA? I've been to 3 different spas in the past 2 years since I only get them done on special occasions, and none have been able to leave me with a job well done or to my satisfaction. From afar they look good 😆 but once you get up close, it's a whole other story😅😅. First and last time I come to this nail spa 😠 they never asked me if I wanted acrylic they just assumed I didn't. And even then if you analyze the pictures you can see the nail is not well covered in the polish, I've got a few areas where it looks too bulky and filled with tiny air bubbles. I think the more I look at them the more imperfections I see like length is not symmetrical on all nails 🙄🤨🤨💅👈🖕🤬🖕🤬”
