“Incredibly disappointed. I went for a basic mani/pedi- no acrylic gel manicure. I left with uneven color, gel polish flooding into nail bed, and lumpy gel polish. The pedicure was awful. Not going to lie, it’d been some time since I got a pedicure but I don’t wear sandals and my feet weren’t too bad. Anyway, she didn’t put any cuticle oil on my toes or lotion on my feet. Plus, I asked for the same color on hands and toes and the toe polish was a different color (I didn’t notice til I was home). Granted I asked for no massage but that didn’t mean no lotion. I definitely should’ve said something but I’m just not that kind of client- I just won’t be going back.”
