  “First and last time here. Had my nails done by WENDY. She was NOT very nice in the way she did my manicure and pedicure. I am sure it has do with me getting a classic manicure and pedicure with nail polish instead of the higher priced service she wanted me to get. I asked if she could do a creamy pink nail polish on my toes to have a creamy french tip. She said no that it can only be done with GEL polish. She then walks by some of the other techs and pretends to ask for the creamy pink color - mind you there is a wall of nail polish on the wall. She walks by them and quietly says, “ creamy pink? Creamy pink?”. Honestly felt like she was doing this so if I were to say something she could say that she asked others about it. While she was doing my massage she did not put any effort into it at all. Instead throughout my service she way looking at the other techs and what they were doing with their customers. She was very subtle in her rude behavior as to not get caught by the manager. The way she was moving my hands and feet just rude. Once she was done with my pedicure I went to sit next to my husband because he was getting his manicure and pedicure for the first time with a lovely lady - he was doing it because I asked him if he could get this done for my birthday. So I try to sit next to him for my manicure and she points me to sit away from him. While she was doing my manicure I asked her for her name and she must have known I was going to complain about her because she changed her behavior and how she was handling my hands. She is one of those people that gets away with behavior when she thinks no one is watching or she thinks no one is going to say anything about the way she’s acting. 🎭”

  “I’ve always come here for pedicures, and I’ve generally had a good experience. It actually took two visits before I finally had a technician listen to my concerns and remove the acrylic from my toenail, so a huge thank you to Wendy for that! During my pedicure appointments, I’ve always admired the beautiful acrylic nail work the technicians do, so I decided to book a full set along with a pedicure. I specifically scheduled with a technician I’d had before, but someone else ended up doing my pedicure. That wasn’t a problem at all because Wendy did a phenomenal job. There was, however, an awkward situation during my appointment. I was told the technician I had scheduled with was ready for me, but in the middle of my service, another customer who didn’t have an appointment had been waiting on her first. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere, although she did continue and finish my appointment. My sister and I booked our nail appointments together for her birthday celebration. While the nail design itself was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted, I was unfortunately disappointed with the quality. After only a few days, I noticed discolored spots on my nails that looked like they were lifting. The same thing happened to my sister’s nails, and within a week, one of my nails had completely come off. The artistry was excellent, but the product application or nail preparation was not. Considering how much we paid, I expected the nails to last much longer. I truly love this salon for pedicures and appreciate Wendy’s excellent service, but I was disappointed with the durability of our acrylic sets and hope this feedback helps improve future appointments”

  “Pinky nails has become my hoe for my nails & pedicures. The shop was recently renovated and looks ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!! It’s hard to find a great nail shop with quality work that’s worth the value of the price of my nails. Lisa and David are who I request every visit. Lisa is VERY thorough with my pedicures, takes her time and provides great massages. David takes care of my nail needs, love his attention detail, he never misses on the shape I desire. The workers show great value in the work they possess, they love what they do and the owner Cindy always provides great service to everyone that walks through her doors!!”
