  “I visit this nail place while in town to get a French tip paid for gel and by that night my frenchtip was coming off both big toes... because I'm not from Arkansas and about to get on highway I asked if I can have hlf my money back and they refuse....asked for my tip back and she refused. Bad customer service she did offer to fix but I'm literally about to go back to Missouri I'm not waiting when it should have been done correctly yesterday when I paid for what I had. If you visiting don't go and if you live here I'm pretty sure there's somewhere better.”

  “I went to European Nails for the first time middle of last week and had an ok experience. It was around lunch time and they were slow. Two of the three nail techs I noticed there already had clients in their chair. They got me in quickly and the gentleman got started. This was also my first time getting dip nail instead of the acrylics. I just wanted a classic french. Length wise, I was even but he really struggled getting the white tip to be consistent. He had to redo one of my nails twice and nicked my finger with the sanding machine. He apologized of course. Im not one to complain, the nails looked looked ok..noone would be able to notice the inconsistencies unless they were really trying so I still tipped him %15 and left. One day later one nail breaks..i work weekends and wouldn't be able to get it repaired until today. Since then 3 more nails have broken. I go in today and ask for a repair. The front desk associate is short with me..on the verge of being just damn rude. She asks the name of the person who did them..i didnt get his name but told her what day and time I was there to which she replies "that doesn't help me"..like ok do your job and figure it out..she asks where i sat and i point to the chair id been serviced at. Without saying anything she walks behind the wall and has conversation with the person who I can only assume signs her paychecks. Comes back to tell me that they have a policy that requires the technician that did the service to fix them and to come back tomorrow because he is off. I don't have the luxury of coming back tomorrow and after that interaction I will not be back. Learn some people skills if you are going to work a front desk is my message to you ma'am. And to the owners I understand that policy but when the technician is off you should still be able to accommodate that client!”

  “super sweet! offers you a drink, and gets nails done super fast! i went in there without making an appointment and was there for about 30-45 minutes. did excellent on the nails and the staff is so nice! nails look amazing. will definitely be going back!”

  “Clean and friendly environment. The stylists are friendly and can do nearly anything, and it doesn’t hurt to ask if they can do something special for you. Lindsey is the best when it comes to either ombré/solid acrylic or dip colors! She’s done my nails several times and I’ve been satisfied each time.”
