  “PLEASE, READ THE UPDATE Love this place! Have been coming here for the past 5 years and can’t complain. *********************************************** A year later… I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years and everything was fine until a week ago. I went to get my nails done and the new woman in charge (don’t even know her name because she’s so mean) didn’t assign me the person I requested for my manicure. This woman knows whose technician I like to go to, unfortunately that day she was already busy but only with a pedicure so I told this woman that as soon as I got done with my pedicure I wanted this lady to take care of my manicure and this woman in the most rude and disrespectful way told me NO and assigned me another person. I’m a nail technician as well and the owner knows about it but, from now on I will be taking care of my own manicure because they lost a loyal customer.”

  “Completely average manicure and experience at $5 more than any other local place. They're open 7 days a week so that's a plus. It was the first time I've ever bled during a manicure.”

  “I specifically told them what I wanted more than one time and I did not get what I wanted! You can see through the nails where they didn’t paint them correctly! I also wanted a design and it was messed up! They cut 4 of my fingers! I got a basic pedicure but was charged for a more expensive one! I will not go back! I paid 120.00 for messed up nails!”

  “Not at all what I asked for. Swapped people in the middle of my service. The polish is already chipping and I’ve had them done for two days now. The acrylic was not taken all of the way down the cuticle. Overall not happy considering I payed 83$ for these.”

  “We’re from Texas and went here because it was recommended by several people. This lady name An from Atlanta did my nails. The reason for this rating is because she got a nasty attitude when I told her about what I wanted. I wanted pink and white (white tips). She advocated for ombré so I said fine. She covered the nail in white acrylic with very little pink. When I asked for more pink and to make the nails consistent (look the same) she got mad and told me each nail is different. That let me know she didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t care about the quality of her work. I had to continuously tell her to add acrylic to edges/sides. Where I’m from, this set is $35 whereas this place charges $65. I’ll pay for what I want on my hands and since this is going on my body, the tech should be receptive for what I’m asking for. Myself, husband and son got pedicures and they were sub par. No treatment was added to the foot tub. The lady didn’t even soak my feet, she just rinsed them lol. I tipped her to be kind but my feet were ashy walking out the nail shop. Maybe they have good people that work here so go to one of them. But for the price and quality, I’d happily drive to Inverness or Birmingham.”
