The dishes were tastefully presented yet also catered perfectly to our table's preferences, thanks to Pancho's adeptness at anticipating our needs. We started with an assortment of cheese sauce, chips, and guacamole, setting a promising tone for the evening. The drink menu impressed with its variety of margaritas; traditional, mango, and guava flavors, each expertly crafted and refreshing. They have more, and I shall have to investigate each at a later date. The restaurant boasts ample parking, a serene ambiance enhanced by gentle summer breezes & pleasant background music. The interior was impeccably tidy, complemented by clean, wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. With seating for approximately 20 tables, Margaret Mexican is an ideal choice for intimate gatherings, whether for small business meetings, family celebrations, or a midweek dinner escape. It's particularly appealing for those looking to unwind over lunch or explore the nearby mountain areas around Birmingham, making it accessible whether you're cruising in a convertible or traveling in a family SUV.   “Very good food, nice staff, very friendly. Food is decently priced. I have been twice for lunch and both meals were good and brought out fast. They have several TVs and there are usually plenty of people there, but not too many during lunch to make you wait for food. There are not a lot of options around, which makes it convenient when you are in the area, I work not to far away so once a week trips will be the norm for me.”
