  “My parents eat here all the time and love it, but I was extremely disappointed. The restaurant was practically empty while we were there with only one other couple, but it took over an hour to get our food. The waitress who was super friendly came and told us that our food would be there soon that they were waiting to take the fries out of the fryer. Well then why was everything we ordered COLD? I had shrimp and oysters, the oysters tasted like they were from a can, both the shrimp and oysters were cold, my friend got chicken wings and we were both surprised that they were white, and her food was cold as well. She said the mashed potatoes were really good, but so cold she had to take them home so she could enjoy them hot. Why not send them back you say? Because after waiting an HOUR, I just wanted to get out of there. Second chance, nah I'm good!”

  “So very disappointed in my take out meal today. I ordered a large order of chicken livers. I ask for them to be cooked soft. When I got home and opened my order, I had a small order. The livers were cooked so hard and dry that I literally could not eat them. I have had livers from here before and they were the best I've ever had. The last two times they were terrible. I hate giving bad reviews but this one is warranted.”

  “This was my second time to eat here and the food was very good and the lunch special that includes a drink is a real value. The only slightly negative comment would be the wait time after ordering was around 20 minutes each time. The best restaurant around!”

  “I drive for almost a little over an hour there just for chicken livers. Once they were closed for a wedding and once the delivery truck had not ran. Both times I was overwhelmed with the way I was treated. They did everything I could imagine to accommodate me. I definitely will keep going back. Never disappointed.”
