  “The food is good but the customer service isn't as good as it use to be. They keep the phone off the hook for 30 minutes or more. If you dont call ahead of time you'll have to wait 35 to 45 minutes for your food!!!! The manager is sweet but her staff, not so much. I hope it gets better. I'll wait a while before I go back.”

  “Enjoyed our lunch at Chicken Stop. Staff was very busy. Sign on table "now hiring" 3 people staff worked together well. Food came out quickly. Great quality. I would recommend for readers to go. Tasty food”

  “Be careful who you hire to work in your establishment. Spent $20 on a fish plate and the male cashier did not believe me when I told him they left off the tartar . Sometimes it's not the quality of the food but the quantity of the Service and the attitude of the people you have working for you.”

  “Not the fastest service but polite and friendly. Food us cooked to order. There were at least 5 people waiting in the dining room. The smart people called their orders in. The chicken sandwich combo was delicious. They also have chicken on the bone and catfish.”

  “Good experience over all. I was excited because they offer grilled chicken, rather than the locally typical fried… they know how to fry chicken & their fried food in general is done very well, so I’ll have to stick to their fried foods.”

  “Food was good. Wait time was bit long, but I guess that’s expected with freshly fried fish. Overall, nice staff. The young lady was well informed and eager to help this first timer. I’d go back.”
