  “The workers was willing to help out in anyway possible.In I really need that because I don't know anything about hair/ colors/size etc...I come to the store face timing someone or a pic in on the phone with the person doing my hair are sending me to the store. So again I love the vibes and the smiles along with the warm welcome I gets when you come the store.”

  “A product I bought was overpriced by at least $100. It was a last minute buy. Then they ended up charging $20 for tax which should be totally unacceptable. The hair I bought was supposed to be 100% Virgin Human Hair, but tangled like crazy. I'm sure it wasn't the store's fault though. Although, the customer service was great!”

  “There is a lot to choose from but the prices are a bit inflated I know they need profit but I have lived in many states and there prices are at least 2times higher then tax on top of that where is the customer appreciation I can imagine the space rent is high it is a big store and very organized but wow prices run me away to other beauty supply so much so my own beautician told me to go to another one which she referred because they are cheaper for the same products. I want to help pay the rental space fee but not that big of a contribution. So I go for little items now that I do out of convience when my son is getting a hair cut down the other side of the plaza. very nice staff”
