“I started going to Ji's in 1989, when the Army transferred me to Ft. Novosel from Northern Virginia. Whenever I needed a haircut, that was my barbershop of choice. For the past 10 years I have been retired, still live in Dothan, and still go there for haircuts. It is still my favorite barbershop.”
