  “Do not go there for waxing I have been there several times and have enjoyed it, went tonight and was getting my eye brows waxed she kept going with the full face despite me trying to get up and tell her no, I paid for the service $70 and she took all of my eye brows off. I told her repeatedly I did not want thin eye brows and she acted like she couldn't understand me. Usually I don't say anything but I did this time. If you can't understand what the customer is saying when they are paying for a serve you shouldn't be working with the public. I will never go back there again. If you want someone to listen to what you want and just not do what they want to then don't go there it's not worth it.”

  “When filing my nails he was very rough, he kept filing my skin also, 2 of my nails are lopsided and my two pointer fingernails are different lengths! I got square nails but he left the corners super sharp and they keep snagging things. It was a very aweful experience and will not be back!”

  “Not a good experience! Everyone was nice BUT my nails look horrible for them to have charged $60 for short nails! Excess amount of acrylic was left on perimeter of nail and on my actual fingers. Last image is the reference photo I showed them to let them know what I wanted… will not be returning!”

  “I had one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. It was completely unprofessional, careless, and not worth the money or time. Two people worked on my dip nails. The male tech was in a hurry when removing the previous dip powder off my nails and used the nail drill so aggressive and fast that he ripped the skin off my finger. He thought it was funny and was laughing when he said, “sorry.” The female tech kept getting up and disappearing into the back room, leaving me waiting several times in the middle of my service. She also did a poor job on my nails. After just three days, they already looked grown out and messy, like it had been weeks. My nails are uneven. See photos below. I also got a pedicure, which felt just as rushed. Nothing about the experience was relaxing or worth what I was charged. When I went to check out, the total was $107, which already seemed high, but I paid it and asked for the receipt to be text/emailed. Once I got to my car and looked it over, I saw they charged me for gel polish on my toes, which I didn’t get. I went back inside and waited another 15-20 minutes while the same tech who messed up my nails struggled to figure out how to refund me. She eventually got it figured out, and I was refunded the money she charged me for the gel polish. The entire visit took 2.5 hours, left my finger stinging/burning, overcharged, and completely unsatisfied. I will never go back to this place.”

  “Very friendly . Took the time to do what I wanted and did even extra things. Very clean and great atmosphere. I was so relaxed that I even dozed off . No joking on that . Highly recommend and I will definitely go back . Thank you for making it relaxing and enjoyable.”
