  “I came in and asked for Annie because I've had a bad experience with one of the girls doing my nails and having breakege a day after getting my nails done. She had been doing them for some time. I came in today and she told me she was busy so I let LeeLee do them. Although my nails are ok, she rushed my nail time, I have a dent in my French manicure and I have white nail polish left all over my fingers. I think she was upset cause I asked how much it would be. I didn't noticed the error till I got in the car and didn't feel like going back in, so I'm posting my experience. I'm perturbed but I'm going to try them one more time. If I have another issue, I'm going to spend my money somewhere else. I should have known better because their business has been slow every time I go in. But, one more time is all I'm giving them. Sincerely, Disappointed ☹️”

  “I love this place. I drive 45 mins every time to visit Annie to do my nails and Queen to give me the best pedicure. My set always last over 3 weeks with no chips, lifts or breaks and I’m a chef and wash my hands a whole lot. I’ve been a regular for over 5 years and I highly recommend this place. Very clean and friendly also. I always get the acrylic set with gel polish.”

  “I regret having to leave any stars because they do not deserve any. The pictures speak for me. They were taken in the car while I was still in the parking lot. No way professional nails should look like this.The white tips are messy, misaligned, uneven coverage. Sloppy work! The tech was VERY rude. Piss poor service. Specifically, Ngan does not take constructive feedback graciously. I showed a picture and had existing polish on my nails as a reference. She was nice until I told her I did not like the color outcome. She became loud and aggressive. I asked if she would like me to leave and insisted I have an opinion as a customer. She continued to yell and scold me for not liking MY nails. She said she didn’t not care if I left or did not come back. Aria Nails does not respect or value the customer experience. They are not pro service; they are pro making money. I was not the only customer there today who did not like the outcome. I will never go back where I am not appreciated as a customer. She rushed though my nail service as shown in the photos. Not a welcoming experience. Moving to this area and finding quality service has been a miserable experience. Why do we keep supporting these businesses? I strongly do not recommend this nail shop.”
