  “Arrived about 6pm on a Wednesday a bit worried their would be a line. No problem getting in and seated! Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Ordered the lasagna (fabulous!!) and chicken parmagiana (wow)! Also ordered garlic bread and mozzarella sticks as our appetizer. Recommended!!”

  “Honestly if I could give it zero stars I would. Walked in with my husband and 5 children excited to try a new and family owned establishment. Owner was behind the bar so we walked up to her to ask where to sit since there was no other obvious hostess. She immediately told me my kids need to step away from the bar which was odd bc there was no sign stating we were entering a bar. She was not nice in the least so she then sat us at a table acting extremely inconvenienced the entire time. Then asked my kids what drink they wanted to which I responded "we would like 7 waters". She brought us some dirty plates and went to get the waters but before she left we had questions about the kids menue to which she said "everything comes exactly how its written" but then had to clarify that the "baked ravioli" was cheese not meat and that the chicken came with fries which wasn't printed. So, not so exactly like the menu stated. But definitely treated us like we were stupid and an inconvenience the entire time. We decided to just leave. As people who have lived their entire lives in the service industry and owning multiple businesses, we gave the owner a fair shake but we could not get her to be hospitable in the least and she made smart ass remarks the whole time. We eneded up at a chain restaurant that had superior customer service. We spend almost 200.00. To a chain that could have gone to a local business owner and thats the real tragedy here. Andalusia, raise the bar for your local business owners and your community will be much more enriched. To the homely looking restaurant owner, have the day you deserve.”

  “Worst experience ever. Didn't even get to try the food after a series pf extremely abrasive and rude comments and poor behavior from "the owner" we got up and left! Never a more hostile "welcome" in my entire life! If they dont like people bringing in kids they should hang a single! And mayne not stand behind the bar as a hostess then ask people to have their children step away before finally asking us what we want. As people who habe spent their whole lives in the service and hospitality industry and owner of multiple nusinesses I am shocked this place is even in business!”

  “Delicious food, generous portions and friendly service. I had the lasagna and it was amazing (and I brought half of it home). It is a little pricey, and the wait is a little long, but if you want an authentic, filling, Italian meal, it is worth it. We will definitely be back.”
