  “My girls and I went for the first time today, and never, ever again. They used the same nail files and scissors on us that were clearly not sanitized. The salon itself is dirty. The music and videos playing on the tv were so inappropriate for anyone to watch. The male technician was so rude to my daughter. We were charged extra for French tips for the gel, which was never disclosed. The owner said oh, it’s on the menu! When asked what menu she hands me one. I told her I never got a menu nor was I aware of the extra cost and she could’ve cared less. When asked if she could cut my cuticle back on my thumb she told me no since I didn’t pay for a manicure. I got my toes painted this morning and they are already chipping. Save yourself the time, don’t go there.”

  “It had been about five years since my last pedicure, and Long made the experience absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, and incredibly gentle, easily one of the most comfortable pedicures I’ve ever had. Even though my friend and I walked in without an appointment, they went out of their way to accommodate us together. They even rearranged their outlets so my friend could charge her phone, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, I had a really great experience and was very impressed. I’ll definitely be back!”

  “WOW! Talk abt being overcharged!! I came in today mind you with an 5:30 apt and wasn’t sat until 6:15! Their menu states $70 for a full acrylic set and $5 flat for french. The service was decent very little interest in talking back to you which is fine… went to check out and the nail tech was trying to charge me $100… when I asked for the breakdown she said $11 extra dollars for length and $20 for french which was never disclosed to me! I couldn’t believe it, won’t be back, the lady tried to argue with me abt how it’s just what they charge. Regardless I should of been told or it shouldn’t be charged Edit: Was absolutely NEVER told the price was going to be up charged at any point in our session. I asked the price while waiting sitting down to another nail tech because I was already frustrated with how long it was taking and was told $75 as the menu also referenced. It’s not even been a week and my nail popped off because the glue they use is cheap. The multiple negative reviews speak for themselves. Terrible service, pricing and work.”

  “I've gone to this nail salon for a long time. They are my go to when people ask where they should get nails done. They have provided services for myself, my daughter and her friends and clients of mine from the disabled adult population. I would call ahead if you have specific needs for more than one person and don't have time to wait. They make sure to spend as much time as needed for you to be happy with the result of how your nails turn out . Anytime I've had an issue with something happening to my polish or a nail breaking, they are more than happy to fix the problem for me and are always more than happy to make their customers happy. I have done regular polish manicures, full sets, pedicures and my daughter has done eyebrow waxing. The nail techs make make great effort to make conversation and remember information about regular customers which is refreshing compared to some nail salons. I also want to mention that I come in with crazy nail ideas and they always do their best, including even 3D nail art. Their selection of specialty nail polishes is impressive including cateye, UV and chrome. The prices are competitive and it is a clean salon with hardworking friendly techs. 10/10 recommend.”
