  “The food was poor, but not as poor as the place itself. The staff were clearly rushed off their feet and the manager didnt seem to have a clue and had no interest in helping the other staff members. We went on Wednesday and it will be the last. Positive note, the server was friendly and polite along with a smile, the same cant be said for the manager. I wonder what kfc would make of the situation if they knew how it was run here.”

  “Drive through was empty after waiting for 5 minutes and repeatedly calling out when I went at 7pm on a weekday so had to go inside to order my food only to receive the wrong meal. As I saw how unorganised the place was due to leaving the drive through unmanned I knew it was not worth my while to drive back 10 minutes just to complain as you can tell nobody cares about their job. For future reference, a mighty bucket consists of 2 fillets 2 wings and 2 original recipe chickens, not 1 of each. I was a victim of robbery today, will not be returning. Avoid!”

  “Dylan was really helpful when I needed help ordering my food and also recommended table service, when Dylan brought my food over he made sure I had everything I needed and also brought sauce over to me. Definitely the best person to do customer service!”

  “Food was correct to order first time, temperature was perfect and the chips were very fresh. Having staff going around to check on on the customers eating in store asking about the food & clearing up is definitely helping this branch improve.”

  “I have just came home from an amazing kfc, customer service was great food was amazing you can never go wrong with it. It was very clean inside as I saw the cleaner was working very hard.he also delivered our food to our table and took our rubish away once we had finished he was very kind and happy towards the customers”
