  “Food was interesting. It did not suit most of our group's palates, as it was too rich /oily/fatty. No doubt it would suit those who like mix up of many flavours and 'dirty' fries etc, rather than straighter choices. For it's type, I'm sure the food was good, just not for us. However, waiting an hour for food, when you have pre-ordered, is not OK. Nice choice of cocktails. Watch out for the 10% gratuity already added when you are given the bill (labelled as discretionary).”

  “Really good food here, the beef burger and the mac and cheese were the best bits! Chicken burger and wings I would have preferred to be more crispy. Service was great, good menu, prices were reasonable and the restaurant was very clean. I recommend checking this place out.”

  “Great food, great staff. Was seated right next to LED light strips that kind of affected the atmosphere but it did not take away from how good the food was. There was a 30 minute wait time on food which was unfortunate as we had pre booked yet this was stated right at the beginning so was not a huge factor.”

  “First time at Hanbao. Can't recommend highly enough. From the minute we arrived, all the staff were amazing. Really polite, friendly and provided a great service throughout. The food was outstanding. We had the Hong Kong Phooey and Caesers Palace burgers and shared the Tiger Style Fries. All of which were so tasty. Had a drink upstairs afterwards. A great open area, plenty seating and good atmosphere. A great independent place that is more than worth a visit.”

  “We enjoyed our first visit here this evening (Weds 20th) & it will most definitely not be our last. The decor is lovely and creates a great atmosphere. All of the serving staff were incredibly accommodating & so sweet. But the food & cocktails were the best part about it! Every single bite was so flavoursome and delicious. Beautifully presented cocktails that were dangerously good. This is a must for anyone considering going here!”

  “We visited HANBAO, and we did a pre order form beforehand. We were quickly shown and taken to our table. Throughout the service though, several of the staff team asked us to reiterate what we ordered and wanted clarification. Although thorough and very important to them to ensure there were no allergies, it was just a bit repetitive. The pre-order form was quite clear. Once our final guest arrived, we waited 37 minutes before any food arrived, so there was a little bit of a wait. There were various levels of hospitality, but all of the staff were very smiley, pleasant and helpful. Overall, the meal went very smoothly. Some of the waiting staff were quite hospitable and checking on us for whether we needed any more drinks, so we were well looked after in that respect. Everything was really clean, and tidy. Just a slight note of recommendation is to maybe improve the quality of their drinks menu’s and for staff to ensure that there is enough cutlery and napkins, on the table in sync with the party size, which on this occasion there were just six of us. The food was insanely very good and tasty, so it was well worth the wait. Amongst us, we ordered burgers, some sides, dessert and drinks. There were some vegetarians within our group, and they loved the food. Some highlights for the table included the burger fillings, the waffle fries and the mac n cheese. All were very good. We were extremely happy with the quality of food and drinks. It’s great pricing, value for money, and a very nice atmosphere / music inside. The bathrooms are also maintained and kept clean. Set in a perfect location, with close walking distance to the train station and car park too. We look forward to booking again, and thank you so much for hosting!”

  “Best burgers, huge portions, cool decorations, but quite difficult to find the bathrooms. Buffalo blue burger really nice juicy chicken, tiger fries delicious as always, service a little slow however it was a busy night so understandable”

  “My family and I visited Worcester specifically to visit Hanbao on a Thursday afternoon. I booked online and paid the £10 deposit. The location is easy to find. The entrance is lovely and the decor inside is brilliant. The welcome was very warm from Isobel and her service/attitude throughout the visit was impeccable. The drinks were ordered and they came along fairly quickly. Then the food..menu was explained, we ordered..and it came to the table beautifully presented. It was all excellent. Superb flavours! We shared a couple of desserts..they were heavy on the marshmallow and a tad lighter on the ice cream than we thought they would be. The only negative would be the toilet..lacked in cleanliness and the hand dryers were not working. There was no paper towel option instead. Would I recommend it? YES! Will I visit again? ABSOLUTELY!”

  “The burgers and the amount of choice is excellent. Massive burgers absolutely chocked with different choices of extras. The loaded fries to go with the burgers are also great and a huge drinks menu with beers and cocktails, mock tails and various unusual cans of pop. Lovely staff were very friendly. Really good kids meal options too. Definitely book ahead as it gets busy.”
