Quick info
About The Firefly Beer Haus
The Firefly Beer Haus is a beer hall at 54 Lowesmoor in Worcester, spread across three floors with multiple rooms and a garden. Inside, the seating areas include the main bar and booths on a mezzanine level. The drinks list covers real ales, cask, keg and craft beers, plus ciders, with cans and bottles in the fridges. Beers are served in the appropriate glass for each style. The food menu is vegan, and orders go in at the bar rather than through table service. Burgers feature on it, including a veggie bean burger, alongside chips and wings. Food comes out wrapped in foil. Dogs are welcome.

Customer Review Summary
Burgers draw the most praise, with reviewers calling them superb, tasty and fresh, and a vegan and a vegetarian singling out the veggie burger and the bean burger. Close behind is the beer range, described as keg, cask, can and bottle, plus real ales, craft beers and ciders, all served in the appropriate glass. Lamb fries and wings also earn compliments, and one diner tried a sauce called your funeral. Reviewers describe lots of different spaces, including a beer garden, plush booths on a mezzanine and a quirky interior, and call the staff friendly. The main caveat concerns the food service. One reviewer notes there is no table service, so orders go in at the bar and arrive wrapped in foil, takeaway style. Another found the food a bit slow and simply ordered another drink. One vegan reviewer asked for the cheese to be taken off the veggie burger, and the kitchen did exactly that.

“Me and my partner love it here, it’s always a place we head to every time we visit Worcester. Always a new beer to try and great service! This last time we popped in we tried their food because we’d heard great things about it. I had the veggie burger (as a vegan) and kindly asked them to take off the cheese - which they did. Burger was 10/10 tasted incredible and the chips were really good too! Will be sure to pop by again sometime soon!”

“A great British Pub! The buzz & atmosphere was one of a true local place to hangout. The decor is very cool. We only had a few things to nibble on which were delish, we’ll be back for a proper burger & meal! Hubby tells me the beer & drink selection is impressive Lots of seating options. Outdoor seating was lovely on this sunny day. Indoor main bar or comfy cozy plush booths in a mezzanine area. Met Matt the owner too, great guy, great publican. Bonus the main guy at the bar was an Aussie! Highly recommend!”
