  “We visited Prezzo Woodbridge on a very busy Saturday night, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome throughout the evening. A special mention goes to the General Manager, Kat, who was absolutely amazing. She was calm, organised, and clearly led the team brilliantly, ensuring everything ran smoothly even during such a hectic service. It's clear she genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the level of service exceeded our expectations. We left feeling well looked after and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Prezzo Woodbridge—especially if Kat and her fantastic team are on duty!”

  “Me and my partner we just popped in for a quick dessert 🍨 and drink we were seated straight. Staff was always polite and always with a smile and professional matter in a busy environment. Kat and Georgia you doing a great job keep it going 👏 until next visit”

  “An enjoyable meal, we were served by Darren who was enthusiastic and a joy. Very prompt service. Sadly the base of my partner's pizza was a bit overcooked leading it to be a lot more crispy than what we are used to at Prezzo. Would definitely come back as it is a rarity for the food to be subpar. Thanks again Darren!”

  “Had a lovely meal here tonight as a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and can not fault it. Great service, food and atmosphere and not breaking the bank. Staff were fantastic, really polite, attentive and friendly. Our waiter who had only been there for a couple of weeks was really nice and aimed to please. Great job. Food was great, well timed between courses, never felt rushed. Drinks were prompt all round we had a nice time. Manager helped us with some vouchers we had which helped bring the cost down, so would recommend signing up on the app. My son was really pleased with himself when he beat the manager at rock paper scissors for a 2 for 1 dessert prize, which to be honest never seen before and was quite an inventive idea. Would definitely come again. Keep up the good work.”

  “We had an amazing meal a few months ago so decided to have date night there. Although booking in advance, waiter looked around where to offer us to sit. Very quick to take a drink order, we had to ask for a moment to look at the drinks menu. After getting our drinks, it took half an hour plus to get our starters, from starters to main was about 1hour 15mins. We both had pizza, the spicy pizza looked like slop, very disappointed. Chicken bbq pizza wasnt as bad. People next to us arrived after us,served theirs on a wood board, presentation/service great and left before our mains had even got to the table. Waiters apologised, said only one chef and helper! However there was 5 staff members taking orders and apologising. Seems alot more management needed. Hopefully customer reviews will be listened to and acted upon. 2x starter, 2xpizza and 1x bottle of wine £83.50. Thankfully we had a voucher to take it down to £66. Such a shame.”

  “Another brilliant visit to Prezzo! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well looked after. The food was great, and the pizza in particular was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. Kat really stood out with her excellent service to me and my girlfriend. She was polite, attentive, and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our meal. I left feeling very happy with both the meal and the overall experience. Looking forward to coming back again soon!”

  “We have just recently had a family dinner Saturday evening at Prezzos in Woodbridge & it was great. We booked online easily. Food was delicious. Service was very friendly & accommodating. I noticed everyone had a genuine smile which was lovely. Although, the restaurant does have a heating issue I think the food & the atmosphere make up for that. We all agreed as a family that it was a great meal. Thank you again :)”
