  “Staff very polite and friendly however they served my main meal first and I had to remind them I had a starter that came after my main. My dinner was 'marry me pasta' which was OK but not remarkable. My companion had a chicken bacon salad which she liked fresh and tasty. My starter was Garlic prawns. The prawns were cooked with bearly a hint of garlic just in their own juice and heaps of chillies. Very spicy hot and nothing like my traditional favourite garlic prawns cooked in heaps of garlic butter. The bread usually used to mop up the garlic butter was OK but reheated rather than fresh. Edible but disappointed. If I ever go to Prezzo again I'll stick with pizza, probably can't go to far wrong those.”

  “Lunch today was perfect, the service was great Kat really went out of her way to make everything a smooth lunch. Can recommend the sausage ravioli it was cooked perfect. We will be back very soon”

  “We visited Prezzo Woodbridge on a very busy Saturday night, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome throughout the evening. A special mention goes to the General Manager, Kat, who was absolutely amazing. She was calm, organised, and clearly led the team brilliantly, ensuring everything ran smoothly even during such a hectic service. It's clear she genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the level of service exceeded our expectations. We left feeling well looked after and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Prezzo Woodbridge—especially if Kat and her fantastic team are on duty!”

  “Me and my partner we just popped in for a quick dessert 🍨 and drink we were seated straight. Staff was always polite and always with a smile and professional matter in a busy environment. Kat and Georgia you doing a great job keep it going 👏 until next visit”

  “I attended this restaurant as a group of 11 and was served by and AMAZING waiter called Curtis. He had an incredible attitude and was very calm, polite and patient with our table along with, he was an amazing waiter, he, all on his own as his other waitress was off sick, waited our table as the others present in the restaurant. He was truly an amazing waiter and if more starts could be given he would get them all. The food was served extremely quickly with a waiting time for the starters of about 5 minutes. The food was absolutely amazing served with the perfect sized portions for starters. The mains came out about after about a 15 minute wait and again the portion size was perfect and the food was delicious. One person on my table had ordered what they did not realise as a non-vegetarian pasta dish which was very quickly re-made. As another 2 people on my table have dietary requirements which were very well seen to and organised by the waiter and the chef and made sure that they got theirs first so there was no chance of any contamination or confusion.The desserts again were very good with a short waiting time. The atmosphere as I have rated 4 stars as I thought as group of 11 on a long table it could sometimes be hard to have conversations as you would turn you head to others further down the table. Overall, this night out was a very enjoyable and memorable evening for our group of 11”

  “Although I didn't really like the starter or desert, the main was really good the service we received was excellent, it was explained how to use my app, when Charley noticed I was very warm, she moved an air con unit closer without even being asked. I was very grateful. Thank you for a good experience.”

  “Fab evening dinner. Staff very friendly and efficient, food very good standard, we had a varied order for the table of pizza, pasta and grill and all very good. Would recommend 👍”

  “My and family and I had a lovely lunch here in Woodbridge on Wednesday. Kat the manager took amazing care of us. Food was great, was so interesting to be able to see the chefs cook our food. Respect to them, everything they cooked was delish. Will 100% be back.”

  “Very poor service at a restaurant that was woefully managed. On arrival, greeter appeared flustered. Numerous tables had not been cleared and soiled crockery/cutlery had been left throughout the restaurant. Once seated, we waited 25 minutes without taking a food order, despite a server being focussed on his mobile phone. For the first time in my life, I simply got up and walked out. Very disappointing; we have eaten at other Prezzos, with food at a standard that can be relied upon.”
