“I’m really disappointed with my recent visit, especially as this was my first time coming to you. I had BIAB nails done yesterday, and already today they are starting to chip, which is not what I expected at all in terms of quality or durability. During the appointment, I pointed out that I could see visible bubbles under the colour. I was reassured that this would disappear once the top coat was applied, but as you can see, the bubbles are still clearly visible and affect the overall finish of the nails. The only positive I can mention is that I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. However, given my experience, I can understand why it may not have been busy. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of work. Unfortunately, the results do not reflect the quality that was promised, and I don’t feel this service was worth the money.”

“normally go here and get my nails done by the two men absolutely brilliant. went today and got my nails done by the woman here she was very rude not even a hello just ‘what you want’ she sat me down started doing my nails they wasn’t even stuck on properly she then went on with the acyril power and i noticed one of my nails looked lobsided told her that repeatedly multiple times that certain nails needed filling down and sorting out because they wasn’t too my standard and some was lobsided instead of straight and she said ‘i know what i’m doing’ and started going over the nails again with the acyril thinking it would fix it but it only made the nails lumpy and thick. never getting my nails done by her again don’t recommend unless you like your nails lumpy. in the beginning i asked her as well if they have a pinker base time because i was getting french tops and she proceeded to show me a white acrylic powder. she would constantly sigh and roll her eyes when i told her what was wrong with the nails.”

“First time visiting this salon, after using another in Witney and not being happy with the gel/shellac nails chipping. The lady here was from Vietnam and was so lovely. Lots of colour options and the prices are very reasonable. After 3 weeks abroad, on safari and using suncream etc my nails have not chipped or worn at the edges. They have grown out as expected but they are still looking great. Photo is 3 weeks in, no chips at all! Definitely recommend this salon.”

“Reasonable service if you don't have a good eye for detail. As an advantage, you can walk in and within a short time will get your nails done. Disadvantage: their website says that they accept debit and credit cards but they don't, which can create uncomfortable situations as I witnessed. They only accept cash or bank transfers.”

“My sons partner went today was kept waiting over an hour., she complained about the wait and the staff was very rude. They done her nails then gets charged £35 even with 35% off. I wouldn't have paid them. They owe her a refund far as I'm concerned. You've deffo lost a cu customer she will not be coming back. And we will put every one off your salon. Your all very unprofessional”

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to quick walk-in service and low prices, with one saying staff were really nice and professional. A gel set that showed no chips after three weeks abroad earns praise, and a longtime customer says no chosen design was a problem for the team. Complaints outnumber that praise and centre on finish and manner. Acrylics are reported chipping within days of a refill, and BIAB nails showed bubbles under the colour despite reassurance that the top coat would hide them. Another reviewer describes French tips done in white powder rather than a pinker base, and acrylic that turned lumpy and lopsided when the stylist reworked it and dismissed concerns. Several call the staff rude, citing no greeting, sighing and eye rolling, and a flat refusal to add a few diamonds. One visit with a long wait ended in a charge the customer felt was too high even with a discount. The most detailed account involves a prom acrylic set, where the stylist took a phone call and left the daughter sitting in the chair until another stylist finished the nails.
