“Honestly one of the best fish and chips takeaways we’ve had in a long time. We’d been searching for a decent fish and chips as everywhere else was shut, and this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The fish was fresh, perfectly moist and flaky, with a light, non-greasy batter. The chips were proper chips, cooked just right, and the mushy peas were spot on. The staff were extremely lovely and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back to try their kebabs next time.”

“Beautiful food with no complaints, amazing portions. When ordered I was told around 40 minutes for delivery, no problem. Went for a shower and the was a knock at the door, obviously took a little while to get dressed but ran down the stairs to be greeted by an extremely obnoxious character to whom I apologised too as to my delay. No response, no eye contact. I asked how much, he said the figure I gave the cash as asked. Very disappointed with customer service”

“Worst fish and chips ever , swimming in grease then slathered with salt and vinegar. The batter was spongy and left a coating inside mouth. 16.00 for two meals , horrible experience and indigestion afterwards to boot.”

“Rang ahead to ask if they could pre cook a couple of fish for us and leave them draining for a few minutes. Arrived about 10 minutes later, the staff all seemed a bit miserable, the place wasn't busy but had to wait around another 10 minutes for the fish, chips and mushy peas. Got home and the fish were absolutely dripping with grease, the wrapping was virtually falling to pieces being so wet. Mine was inedible as there was something hard and chewy running all the way through it, the mushy peas were really salty but the chips were OK.”
