  “I did not use the Capones services but the other business they share with but would just like to say that I feel the welcome I received from the lady working in the barbers was very unprofessional and disgusting. She did not acknowledge me as a customer when they walked into the establishment as the first person you see. I had my service done by the other staff there who was fine. I then spoke to the barber when leaving to let her know my observation that she was not welcoming and did not know if i was coming for her service only for her to then proceed to inform me that she does not do female hair which is fine. I then stated but I could have been bringing a male here for her to rudely with an attitude then say I do not do afro hair - which i feel she could have spoken to me in a kinder way. Not a very nice experience to say the least.”

  “Avoid - closed at 9:38 on a Thursday even though they claim to be open from 9! Don’t trust their opening times and go somewhere else.”

  “Went into the shop today and there was 2 people in front of us which wasn’t the problem because we was waiting for the man to do my son hair coz the last time he did a good job. This time we showed him a photo of what he had last time by his own hands and told us it’s not a photo shop and that he can’t do it, I said u done this the last time we come in!! He didn’t say anything, started cutting my son hairs and it was nothing like what we wanted or even close. I found him rude and rough when doing my son hair. Which is a shame because we have used this place for years but never again”

  “Reasonably priced wait-in-turn haircuts, seems to be under new management compared to a year or two ago, which seems to be a positive change - more staff and now accept card payments. Be mindful though that they have a tendency to sometimes be closed during their published opening hours, so their availability is never guaranteed.”

  “Try somewhere else, plenty of choice in Windsor. It’s not the best cut, it’s expensive and a choice of many far friendlier establishments elsewhere. Been a few times and you will be lucky to have two hairdressers working at the same time. Don’t expect them to be accommodating if you arrive 25 minutes before closing either. Had an important all-day function to go to and would have really liked a trim, the day before the event, this was the only place to not close before i finish work, was told that a haircut was not possible as it was too close to the closing time, despite only being 17:35! Best to AVOID.”

  “Husband favourite place, they operate the standard wait in turn (No appointments) but all the cutters are good and he's always pleased with his cut. They have a loyalty scheme and your card will get stamped every visit, once full you can get a free cut (Not redeemable weekends)”

  “Really nice place for nice hair cut. It's always busy but there is plenty of friendly staff. Waiting time maximum 1 hour defended on staff availability. Most of the time 3 or 4 hairdressers available. Members have special discount card. …”
