“Disappointing on this occasion. After three brilliant visits, I attended my booked appointment on time and was ignored. I joined no less than 6 other women waiting to be served. Over booking isnt good service, neither is not acknowledging customers as they walk in. I left after 20 mins of not being asked who I was nor what I was there for. I won’t be returning.”

“I hate to give poor reviews but I feel it necessary to point out that I had a bad experience just recently . My mum and I went for her to have a pedicure and manicure . Me , a full set of acrylic nails and a French . We booked for 1.00 . At 1.30 Nobody had said anything to us , no sorry for our appointments running late . I’m surprised to see positive reviews about the friendliness here? The atmosphere was awful . My mums nails and pedicure were fine . I had the worst set of nails ever . In the end I said I would file them myself . I just wanted to get out of there . I had them done last Monday and they are already lifting . When it came to doing the French he did not seem to know what he was doing . It is cheap here but really not worth it for what I had . As I’ve said for a basic manicure/ pedicure it seems fine but fit what I had, no . He was unfriendly ,seemed fed up and I would not go again .”
