  “Asked for some cheesy chips and what the bloke did was scoopt two tiny cups of uncooked chips into a portion of already cooked chips that was sitting there for god knows how long, very disappointed to say the least. AVOID.. go to tankerton kebab shop its x100 better. Customer service was awful didnt even greet me when I came in or left. Just avoid 1/10”

  “Disgusting service . When ordering online £0.99 serviced charge added . Fair enough. But at checkout it adds another £1 . When this happens to me four times . Making them aware apps faulty . They admit they know but don't fix it . Then refuse to serve me because I called the owner out on it . Only conclusion is they are deliberately scamming customers. Fraud and theft ! BUYER BEWARE SCAMMERS”

  “Food cooked well. However their large is most kababs medium. My kabab is issing burger sauce (cost £1) and my husbands wrap is missing cheese (cost 1.50). This includes a £0.99 service charge. This was ordered from their website so please becareful when ordering directly. As I called to rectify, they denied extra charge to begin with then tried to say I did not order properly, instead of apologing I was read the order back and told there is noting they can do. I do not recommend ordering on their own website.”

  “Hands down the worst kebab I’ve ever had. It was hard, dry, and inedible – they even admitted it had been “sitting at the bottom of the tin” but still served it to me. When I questioned it, I was fed some nonsense about being “in a rush,” which was a flat-out lie. Only when I said I’d leave a review did they suddenly offer a refund. Absolute joke of a place – terrible food, dishonest staff, and zero respect for customers. Avoid at all costs.”

  “When ordering online beware ! I know they add a 99p service charge . But if you check the total they add on another £1 for no reason at all. I complained but they claimed to be unaware of this . However one of the drivers told me they know this happens and if people don't mention it they just the money!!! Scammers .”

  “We got a chicken kebab, chips and salad and a mixed meat, chips and salad. Gotta say it was really nice and massive portion. All prepared fresh in front of me. No wait time at all. Would just say maybe the staff could be a bit happier on service, be happy you have customers, and also no need to charge for sauce. Surely that should be part of the order, it’s expensive enough. Total order was £20 for 2 meals so complementary sauce won’t kill the business. All in all though good food”

  “I've tried this place a few times and was really shocked to read the negative reviews. The meals we've had have been great. Last week we got large mixed kebab with salads 2 nights in a row it was that good. The meat is tasty, freshly cooked and all different types of skewers. The staff were really friendly. The place looks spotless and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely go again on my next visit to whitstable.”

  “Ordered for me my partner and my mother in law. Received the food and it was one of the worse meals I’ve ever been given. I have a 4 day old baby and am breast feeding and bit into raw chicken. Thank god I’d noticed. My mother in law asked for no tomato and no salad as she has a severe allergy which they were aware of and they still put tomato on her meal so had to throw both of those away and my partner had a burger that was dry and oily. They tried to make an excuse saying the chicken was too thick and that’s why it was raw. I am a chef and I’m sure anyone would rather have cooked sliced chicken rather than raw whole chicken. Raw chicken and allergy ignored. DO NOT order from here as your almost guaranteed to be Ill if not worse end up in hospital.”

  “Had a chicken and donor combination kebab, chicken was good, donor meat a bit over done. Defo not the worst, but was OK. Got salad and pitta with it. Some say had to pay for sauce, sauce was offered and didn't have to pay the extra, maybe if you ask for a pot of sauce then you'll have to pay 1 pound for a pot.”
